  • KPSM Solutions is led by Mark Lee, owner and Managing Director of KPSM Solutions Pty Ltd (Australia) and KPSM Solutions Pacific Ltd (Fiji). With 26 years in process automation, Mark specialises in system and application design, sales and business development, technical support, and professional training.
  • As Australia’s leading support engineer for GE Vernova’s iFIX software and a certified GE Vernova trainer, Mark equips professionals with the latest industry skills. Holding a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering (Computer Systems) and a Graduate Diploma in Management, he combines technical expertise with leadership to deliver exceptional client results.

  • Operations Manager / Service Engineer
  • As an Electrical SCADA Engineer I bring solid hands-on experience across automation, communications, and control systems. I work confidently with SCADA RTU programming, SCADA communication setups, PLC installation, and both AC and DC systems. Their practical approach ensures systems run smoothly, reliably, and with minimal downtime.
  • I also have strong experience with RF base stations and HV substation switchgear commissioning. This mix of technical skills and field experience allows me to support complex projects, improve system performance, and keep operations running safely and efficiently.
  • I’ve previously worked with Energy Fiji Limited and Water Authority of Fiji – Electrical and Water SCADA installer and Integrator.
  • I love Sports typically Rugby, Travelling, outdoors, and research.
